Flowers celebrate and honor  many of life’s biggest moments.  A brides bouquet, a funeral spray, a high-school corsage and boutonniere, a vase of flowers congratulating new parents, roses to say I love you,  throughout our lives we use flowers as a means of communication with beauty.  Morgan business, Inspire Me Bloomers, delights in the opportunity to share in these special moments.  “Trying to create moments that take peoples breath away” is owner and designer, Steve Clark’s favorite part of business.

Disasters can hit at anytime, whether it be from natural causes, earthquakes, floods, windstorms, fire, or unnatural disasters, power outages, wrecks, and chemical spills. Though not something most of us think about most the time, but for Morgan’s Peggy Mecham it stirs constantly in her mind of how to ensure safety for the community in times of unforeseen events.

Bowling: The Morgan Stars had a great time competing in the Snowball Classic Winter Games.  Throughout the Month of January, our athletes had an opportunity to compete in singles, doubles, team, and unified team tournaments.  The athletes won a lot of medals, forged new friendships, and most importantly, had a lot of fun!   We would like to extend a special thanks to all of our parents, families, and especially our amazing Coaches, Keith Orton, Misty Spendlove, and Dennis Peterson.  Thanks to the coaches for donating so much time, talent, skill, and patience.  It was amazing to watch the athletes as they learned new skills and accomplished so much.

In recent days many have heard about the “Bomb Plot” at a nearby high school. It was an experience that everyone hopes they will be able to avoid.  I am thankful the district and school administration from that nearby school had policies and procedures in place they could follow. My hat is off to those district and local administrators who dealt with that difficult situation and were able to keep all students safe and parents informed of what was happening.
