The blunders of the Morgan County Council are non stop. Trying to rewrite the United States Constitution and getting the tax payers of Morgan County, sued to the tune of $40,000. A civics lesson to the Morgan County Council might be in order. Morgan County is a part of Utah and Utah is part of the United States, County government can not rewrite the United States Constitution.
